Words from a kind man, that we should all follow.

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
Courage to change the things I can and
The wisdom to know the difference

Do you recognise me?

Oh heaven.

Oh heaven.

I await with good intentions.

Miles Kane was on the Live Lounge thing the other day. He was great, he did an awesome version of 'Come Closer' and then a sublime cover. Miles Kane is great at covers, seek his cover of Hey Bulldog by the Beatles, outta this world! The cover he did at Live Lounge was Heaven by Emile Heskey or someone.

It's a strange time to be a Forest fan at the moment, don't know where to luck for arguments between fans, stewards, players, managers and the upper echoleons (have I spelt that right?) of the Forest hierarchy.

Really, very, very sad news about Chris Cohen. Out for about a year. Bummer. I've been going to Forest for, around about 10 years now, and Chris is probably the best player I've seen. One amazing engine, good passer, good shot, awesome tackler (f*** you Simon Grayson, Mark Haysley or whatever your name is). He epitomises everything I've ever thought about football. It's a crying shame. He got my vote for captaincy. Might not be the shoutiest. But get someone else to do that and let Chris lead by example.

I remember in a League One game against Northampton I think, I'm sure there was 3 Chris Cohen's, as he was everywhere. If I'm totally honest, I always feel like that when watching Chris Cohen. Except for when he's thrown at left back.

I spent tonight listening to some good tune, bit of Nirvana, The Jam and Miles Kane.

I'm learning The Jam's English Rose on guitar at the moment, really lovely song.

Plus, university is starting again soon. Amazing news.

Can't wait to get back, hard year ahead.

Love and peace.
SJ.
